As an artist at heart, I have always loved to paint but never really pursued my dream until the past few years. In December 2014, while still living in Lake City, MN, I attended the Bob Ross Landscape Certification Training in New Smyrna Beach, FL and became a CRI (Certified Ross Instructor). I immediately started teaching classes and that started what has been an amazing journey. Since that time I have continued my training and am now certified to teach the Bob Ross “Wet-on-Wet” landscape (CRI), floral (CRFI) and wildlife (CRWI) painting techniques.

I now reside in Florida but during the summer I take my classes on the road and have taught in various states and venues along the way to include Florida, Alabama, Iowa, Minnesota, and Wisconsin thus far. We even did a Bob Ross painting cruise to Cozumel in February 2020.

Some of you may remember Bob Ross from his “Joy of Painting” series on PBS. The Bob Ross “Wet-on-Wet” painting technique is for all skill levels and particularly those of you who have never painted before. Yes, you can do it!

During class I will show you how to prep your canvas, will demo step-by-step the painting techniques, then you will have time to complete each step as I answer any questions and help you with those techniques. By the end of class you will have completed the entire painting and can take it home to hang and enjoy for years to come. Class size is limited so you will want to register early to reserve your spot.
