Austin ArtWorks Festival is focusing on using the arts to boost our community spirit in a year when a large community gathering is not possible. From May 19 to May 29, 2020, we are hosting a special event to honor the class of 2020.

Chalk the Walk for Seniors

The public is invited to come downtown and create a sidewalk chalk message for seniors on 4th Ave or Main Street. The Austin ArtWorks (Graduation) Festival will commission a local artist to create some inspiring panels. Seniors are invited to stroll (with appropriate social distance) and read the messages any time.
