Music at the Bank: Part Time Ex's

Minneapolis based rock and roll band Part Time Ex's will perform at the Austin ArtWorks Center on Friday, October 27th at 7pm. Austin natives and AHS alumni Jon Stowell ('99) and Nick Tobar ('03) have been leading this high energy ensemble since 2016. Joining them for this year's show will be fellow Austinite Adam Johnson ('98) on guitar and vocals, percussionist John Hicks, and violinist Ric Lee.

Part Time Ex's have performed across the Midwest bringing a fusion of rock, blues, folk, and country music stylings to their shows. "We play a combination of our own songs and some fun covers, stuff everyone knows, The Rolling Stones, Willie Nelson, CCR," says lead singer Stowell. "This is one of our favorite shows of the year, the crowd is always awesome and bringing the music back home feels good. They could never love you like we do."
