An easily confused and very shy individual, Charlie Parr has been traveling around singing his songs ever since leaving Austin, Minnesota in the 1980's in search of Spider John Koerner, whom he found about 100 miles north at the Viking Bar one Sunday night. The experience changed his life, made him more or less unemployable, and brings us to now: 13 recordings, 250 shows a year or more, 200,000 miles on a well broke-in Kia, and a nasty fear of heights. Resonator fueled folk songs from Duluth Minnesota.
Mary Sullivan is young musician born and raised in Austin, Minnesota. Her style includes indie folk and alternative. She enjoys playing a variety of acoustic covers, peppering in a few originals. Mary has been performing semi-professionally since 2014 and plans to continue doing what she loves: playing music for good people willing to listen.

Shows are general admission. Patrons are asked to cooperate in keeping household groups at proper physical distances, leaving two open seats between parties.
Ticket sales are limited to 200 tickets. (Total theatre capacity is 622.)
For the safety of our staff and community, we ask that everyone wears a mask while in the lobby, restrooms or moving through the theatre. People who are fully vaccinated may choose to remove masks when seated during the show.
Ticket buyers will also be given an arrival time to reduce crowding in the lobby before the show.
Seating within 12 feet of the stage will not be available for patrons to provide a clear zone where vocalists’ breath may be projected.
The Paramount ventilation system has been upgraded to MERV 13 filters to reduce the spread of micro particles in the air.
The Paramount is stocked with soap, paper towels, hand sanitizer and tissues and public surfaces are cleaned appropriately. Consider your situation and use your judgement in attending programming.
