Junk journals are handmade journals created out of all kinds of paper, such as paper bags, wallpaper, junk mail, greeting cards, and envelopes. Junk journals can be used for journaling or turned into art journals.
Do you have loads of pretty papers and tags and stickers? Do you have bits and bobs and leftovers that you cannot bear to purge? Use them in a custom junk journal made from an old book.
Come join us and you will learn how to create pages, pockets, and do-dads to decorate your fun, one-of-a-kind junk journal.
Students are encouraged to bring a small book (around 5”x7”) with a 1” – 1-1/2” spine or any other materials that they may want to include in your book. Goodwill is a great source for old books.
